Well, today seemed a little better at work. I did nothing but spend my time in meetings. So maybe I shouldn't say better since I'm not actually programming, but it just wasn't as depressing I guess.
Although, a friend of mine did give me this quote from his boss here before he left that answered a lot of my questions about this place:
"You are not software engineers here... you are application developers."
This was supposed to mean that we didn't need to do design and we shouldn't be wasting time looking into frameworks like struts or building reusable components.
Interesting I say.
